Cancellations & Appointments:

As a courtesy to our guests and stylists, appointments must be canceled within 48 hours in to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Your appointment time is reserved for you - should you need to make any changes to your scheduled service, please notify us within 48 hours to avoid a fee. (For example, if you're scheduled for a highlight but only need a haircut, please let us know so we can adjust your time accordingly.)

While we will always do our best to accomodate our clients, if you are 15 minutes late for your

appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.

No-shows or appointments canceled at or after the start time of your service will be charged a cancellation fee off 100% the service scheduled.




Our main focus is to ensure that every client who visits our salon leaves feeling confident and beautiful. To achieve this, we place great emphasis on the satisfaction of each and every guest. We accomplish this by ensuring that our stylists are constantly updated with the latest techniques and trends through continuous advanced education.


It is important to note that all of our services are non-refundable. However, in the event that you require any adjustments to your hair, we are more than happy to offer complimentary adjustment appointments within 10 days of your original service. This is our way of demonstrating our dedication to providing the best possible experience for our clients.



To ensure the safety and well-being of your children, we kindly request that children under the age of 13 are accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit to our establishment. In addition, for children under 18, it is important that their guardians are present during the consultation portion of any services they receive. We prioritize creating a secure and comfortable environment for everyone, and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
